Boca Lago is a golfer's paradise, boasting 21-county owned conservation/preservation areas covering 51 acres of lakes and ponds.
Boca Lago has been a member of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program (ASCP) since 1993. Boca Lago goes to great lengths to make the courses abundant with flora, fauna and wildlife, such as installing 33 nesting boxes on the course over the years. Ongoing native and perennial plantings are a big boost to wildlife. The plants provide cover and the blooms attract a wide variety of butterflies, while the berries and seeds on the plants attract birds. Boca Lago's members also enjoy recreational fishing in the lakes stocked with large-mouth bass, peacock bass and bream.
Boca Lago has one of the most active tennis clubs in South Florida, hosting countless year-round competitions. Tennis enthusiasts of all skill levels enjoy our tournaments, instructional programs, round robins, and more.
Members enjoy 20 Har-Tru courts - double what many clubs offer. Staffed by certified USPTA professionals, our tennis complex also includes a pro shop providing a wide range of racquets, clothing, shoes, and accessories.
Enjoy a good workout at our fitness facility, filled with state-of-the-art equipment. Or, if it's group activities you prefer, take an aerobics, yoga, tai chi, or water aerobics class. At the end of it all, relax and soothe your muscles with an on-site massage and a dip in one of our two, beautifully maintained swimming pools.
Boca Lago's dining facilities, all located in our main clubhouse, offer superb dining options ranging from casual to upscale. Our main dining room accommodates up to 375 people, providing ample space for private parties, social activities or just an enjoyable meal with friends. Members enjoy watching our Chef de Cuisine prepare their meals to order in The Grille Room, a more intimate setting.
To liven up your social life, our House and Entertainment Committee plans a variety of enjoyable festivities. See how our in-house special events coordinator miraculously transforms the Main Dining Room into a ballroom with draped ceilings and tables, bands and a dance stage. Such activities include a Father's Day buffet dinner, Halloween Ball, Season Opening Gala, New Year's Gala and a Sweethearts' Ball.
The Clubhouse, Boca Lago has men's and ladies spacious card/activity rooms. It is here where members hold card tournaments and leagues or can play private games of Bridge and Canasta.
